An apple tree once said to me “Love is like me and Girls are
the apples. The best ones are at the top of the tree. The boys don’t want to
reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt.
They don’t know that their fear is only a test of the quality of their love.
For Love endures all things. Instead, they just get the apples from the ground.
Those aren’t good but easy.
So the apples at the top thinks something is wrong with them
when in reality, their worth is above jewels. They just have to wait for those
who are ‘brave’ enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree”. THINK! Are
you an APPLE that was PLUCKED or PICKED?
There is one question I always love to ask lovers on valentine’s
Day? It is, “Since last year when you celebrated valentine, 12 months, 48
weeks, 365 days, 8760 hours and 525,600 Seconds have past, by the presence of
your “Love’ has any of your aspiration, vision or dream come to pass?” “What
has been the ‘impact’ of your ‘contact’?” “Have your coming together made each
of you better?” “Have you and are you making your futures brighter or bleaker?”.........If
like many that I have been opportune to ask, your answer is a Prolonged SILENCE,
I tell you in brief words: YOUR DESTINY IS IN TROUBLE! You may decide to pick quarrels
with me just as many have done, but let me inform you: You have inflicted and is
inflicting injuries to your FUTURE (MARITAL life). Broken relationships testify
that Life is not a charitable home for FRUITLESS FRIENDSHIP.
Love is a necessity of Life. No man can do without affection,
but everyman can determine its direction. Every relationship you are into,
irrespective of its beginning, will at the end always account greatly or
gravely to your destiny. Love is not a matter of chance, but an issue of choice.
So coincidence does not exist in the dictionary of LOVE. Your LOVE life is either
heaven sent, God used or Devil driven. That makes PURPOSE a vital ingredient in
any soup of LOVE. It is called the WHY of Love! Many have failed to answer this
question, many have discarded it and both kind of people have ended as ONCE
UPON A TIME in Love Stories. Either you find PURPOSE or you are INDISPOSED to
FULFILMENT in that relationship.
Every purpose is a sleeping giant, it takes a POTENTIAL to
wake one up. Potential is one tool God gives Lovers to install softwares of HAPPINESS
and download updates of FULFILLMENT. It is your TALENT, your natural GIFT, your
destiny ENDOWMENT. POTENTIAL is capable of refining the CRUDE-OIL of purpose.
Now, you are empowered by Purpose, using the tools of
POTENTIAL to work wonders in each other’s life, but one question still persist,
HOW LONG? Love is likened to a shooting star across the sky of tough times
lasting for a blissful while, Purpose and Potential in Love makes it a moon enduring for a blessing season.
However one thing makes LOVE nothing but a SUN that shines in all weathers. It
is PROVIDENCE. Purpose makes love good, Potential makes it better but
PROVIDENCE makes love the Best. Providence is a love Generator. Purpose and
Potential only strive to the extent of what Love lives but Providence succeeds
beyond the life of love, how? It simply generates Love when there is none.
Providence is God and God is Love. Thus the source of Love is
Providence which is God. No wonder in HIS presence, there is fullness of LOVE.
Unfortunately, providence in love has been wrongly interpreted to mean a
substitute for ‘BELOVED’ NO! God does not snatch girlfriends and boyfriends, He
does not steal the affections of fiancée and fiancé, he is not a heart robber
of lovers, He is only the appropriate atmosphere where love can grow bigger,
better and brighter. He is the living spring that refreshes, repairs and
restores love. He is the inventor, innovator and inoculator of love. He has
made me and can make you LOVE PERSONIFIED, so that you don’t have to fall in
love and get injured when you rise. Instead you share love and stay in love as
you are raised.
He is the person who holds the WORLD
RECORD for ‘The Giver of the BEST GIFT OF LOVE’ and you equally hold the WORLD
RECORD for ‘The LUCKIEST PERSON’ to have received such a gift-JESUS CHRIST. Though
receiving is not accepting, yet, his ‘postmaster’ is at the ‘door’, awaiting
your ‘signature’ on the ‘acceptance’ sheet.
When you ‘sign’, be what you
have-JESUS CHRIST-is the best gift of love to mankind and the rarest to
humanity. The more you ‘cherish’ it; the much it will nourish you. It is also your
gate-pass to the luxurious bus-RAPTURE that will convey us to the banquet hall-PARADISE,
where the GREATEST LOVE Festival will be taking place soon. Until then Live in Love, Live by Love and Live
